IT Hardware Data Entry Quality Testing Technician

Salary: $17 - $19.50 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Job Responsibilities:

1.You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information while ensuring efficient data entry processes.

2.Manage and prioritize dataJob entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

3.Enter and update information, and other relevant details into the system.

4.Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of entered data.

5.Resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies through research and collaboration with team members.

6.Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as requested by management.

7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer solutions.

8.Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

1.Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.

2.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

3.Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).

4.Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

5.Excellent communication skills

6.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

7.Ability to commute/relocate: Brea, CA 92821: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
