Job Title : Sales Executive (Field Sales – IT Hardware)

Department : Sales & Business Development

Location: Base location Coimbatore (Weekly once have to report to Coimbatore office)

Experience - 1+ years

Budget - 35K + Petrol Allowance + Incentive (Salary differs depend on experience)

Mandatory - Two Wheeler & Driving license

Gender - Male candidate's only

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our IT Infrastructure division. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solution sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Promote IT infrastructure products and solutions such as servers, firewalls, storage systems, antivirus, and networking equipment.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree BBA, B.Sc IT, BCA, DCA, EEE, ECE or related discipline
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with who have interested to learn IT infra and challenge the sales target.
  • Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts (servers, networks, firewalls, antivirus, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding the IT infra requirements
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, and passion for building a career in sales.
