IT Hardware & Network Support Trainer (CompTIA A+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging CompTIA A+ certification training sessions (onsite / online / hybrid) in line with international standards.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, and lab exercises for hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
• Provide practical troubleshooting demonstrations and guide participants through exam objectives.
• Prepare participants for CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102) exams.
• Assess learner progress and provide detailed performance feedback.
• Coordinate with DG’s Academic and IT departments to ensure course quality and alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ Certification (Active) – Mandatory.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of IT training experience or 5 years of professional experience in IT support, hardware, or networking.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience teaching adult learners or corporate clients in the UAE or GCC preferred.

• Type: Freelance / Project-Based (Hourly or Daily Rate)

• Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience
