IT Hardware & Software Consultant

Office Machine Consultants is looking for a full-time IT hardware & software consultant to join our team in Rock Island.

A successful applicant will have strong knowledge of computer equipment, peripherals, parts and operations. Other software and systems will be trained.

This position involves communicating with our technology partners for sales, orders, and support and keeping an inventory of parts and equipment. It is not eligible for remote work.

A small amount of lifting (up to 20 pounds).

Infrequent local travel is required to meet with customers at their businesses. Other duties may be assigned.

The candidate must be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Written and verbal communication skills are essential when working with clients.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of IT hardware components and technologies.

Ability to work with urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
