IT Hardware Support Executive

We are looking for an IT Hardware professional responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, peripherals, and related IT equipment. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and hardware reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements
• Assemble and upgrade systems (RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, etc.)
• Provide end-user support for hardware-related issues (onsite/remote)
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and spare parts
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, and warranty claims
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular system health checks
• Assist in network setup (LAN cabling, switches, routers – basic level)
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
• Document hardware configurations, issues, and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
• Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with BIOS, drivers, and firmware updates
• Ability to troubleshoot logically and work under minimal supervision

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
