As our Help Desk Representative you will provide user support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. You will analyze and troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide technical advice as appropriate in person, via phone, and electronically. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and advise on appropriate action.

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• IT support experience or relevant technology education required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of financial services experience preferred.
• Training will be provided for those with Credit Union experience and superior member service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
• Receive Certified IT professional (MCITP) for Windows 10 within one year from date of hire.
