The Help Desk Specialist will provide Help Desk support including hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Works to create process improvements to reduce help desk calls.
Education:- Associates degree in Computer Science or High School/GED with 3 years of relevant experience required.
Work Environment and Physical Activities:- Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to be on-call on a regular basis and travel to branch locations, as needed.
- Meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.
