IT Help Desk Support

Job Description:

Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the phone or email from 8 am to 5 pm

• Help troubleshoot user account issues like lock outs, password reset, etc.
• Setup new hardware like desktops, laptops, etc.
• Install software or applications on users workstations and/or laptops
• Perform troubleshooting of various user, network issues using different diagnostic tools
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

Travel will be required once a week between different office / clinic locations in Los Angeles and Orange County (travel expense will be reimbursed).

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• GPA of 0+ is required (resume must disclose GPA).
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• 2+ years' experience preferred

Knowledgeable about Active Directory, VPN, Networking concepts, end point protection, etc.

Microsoft, Network certifications preferred
