  • Install and support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
  • Utilize remote support tools to assist end-users effectively.
  • Provide IT support across multiple physical sites for approximately 500 users.
  • Enhance system performance by identifying issues and recommending improvements.
  • Manage help desk tickets: track, prioritize, and resolve technical support requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets: import, assign, and retire equipment in the IT inventory system.
