About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related support across the organization. This role provides both in-office and remote technical support to ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via Zendesk tickets and phone
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support remote users with desktop, internet, and printer issues
• Create user accounts and configure hardware for new hires
• Track, prioritize, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution
• Assist with setup and maintenance of laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Participate in after-hours or weekend support for scheduled projects as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Location: Phoenix, AZ; In-office, full-time

Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or desktop support role
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Google Workspace, Chrome, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Experience supporting IT hardware (laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals, mobile devices)
• Basic understanding of server/domain environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred, but not required
