Technical Helpdesk Consultant

Jefferson City, MO (Hybrid)

Full-time Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware failures
  • Provide tier 2 level of support for end users.
  • Work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations, terminations, and changes.
  • Image and deploy laptops to end users
  • Remote support

Required Experience/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong Customer Service Background
  • Healthcare, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage preferred
  • Expert listening skills and ability to identify customer needs with appropriate issue resolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Problem-solving orientation to identify root cause, develop solutions, and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work
  • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
