IT Helpdesk

The role involves providing End-user technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets, maintaining systems and peripherals, and assisting with user onboarding and documentation and You need go somewhere (Another Location) to occasional visits Please note that any travel expenses for these visits will be covered by the client. You would also collaborate with the internal IT team to resolve escalations and support ongoing projects.
