Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Job Description:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 1-2 yrs. of IT experience in a similar role, working in ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira)
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+
- ITIL Foundation v4 certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting current hardware, software, and technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud applications.
- Strong experience in Windows server environment and user administration (Active Directory/ Exchange/ O365/Azure)
- Intune experience
- Knowledge of end-point security solutions
- Proficient in Office 365 application support
- Commitment to Compliance and confidentiality
- Independent worker with strong motivation who can thrive in a team environment.
- A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) is required.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Valid driver license required.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8-5, No on-call rotations, weekends off.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
