
- Handle IT tickets, calls, and walk-in requests via ITSM system
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, medical device connectivity, and hospital applications (HIS, EMR)
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
- Provide on-site support across wards, clinics, pharmacy, and admin offices
- Document all incidents and resolutions accurately
- Provide first-level support for hospital applications (HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS, PACS, pharmacy systems)
- Assist users with navigation, basic configuration, and workflow issues
- Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for application bugs, patches, and upgrades
- Monitor application uptime and escalate critical system outages immediately
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new application rollouts
- Coordinate IT project activities including system deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Schedule project meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
- Liaise between clinical departments and IT teams to gather requirements and feedback
- Assist in training end-users on new systems and applications
- Track project timelines and report status updates to IT management
