Are you an experienced IT professional with strong communication skills and a solid grounding in Microsoft technologies? We are hiring an Offshore IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our branch office team supporting clients remotely from Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic MSP and contribute to a growing international support operation.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation across several of the following areas and hold at least one relevant certification from the list below.

Key Skills

Excellent spoken and written English (MUST)

Microsoft 365 Configuration & Administration:

• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Licensing
• Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management

Windows Server Configuration & Administration:

• Active Directory, Group Policy, file/print services, basic Hyper-V
• Windows 10/11 support & troubleshooting

Intune / Endpoint Manager Configuration & Administration:

• Device enrollment, compliance, policies

Networking fundamentals Configuration & Administration:

• DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, basic firewall concepts

Backup solutions:

• Monitoring & troubleshooting

Basic PowerShell scripting and automation

Awareness of security best practices:

• MFA, conditional access, phishing protection

Preferred Certifications

Ideal candidate will possess at least one of the following:

- AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)

- MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)

- MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)

- CompTIA A+ / Network+

- ITIL v4 Foundation

Working Hours (Pakistan Time)

Summer: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT

Winter: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT

(Headoffice being in Ireland, due to daylight saving time changes, local working hours in Pakistan will shift accordingly.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
