Summary:
Tapmad is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Helpdesk Officer to manage day-to-day helpdesk operations and provide technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day helpdesk and end-user support requests
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
· Provide first- and second-level technical support
· Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
· Support servers and assist with basic system administration tasks
· Coordinate with IT NOC teams for issue resolution and escalation
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
· 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
· Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting
· Experience in OTT, sports, or entertainment industry
· Understanding of direct response creative principles
