Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Helpdesk Support to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot network, printer, and email problems
Support users with Microsoft 365 and system access
Install and configure PCs, laptops, and office devices
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Experience with printers, routers, and switches
Good English communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
