Who are we looking for?

We're looking for well-motivated productive IT & HR Support Intern. This position requires the management of IT processes as well as working in integration with the HR department. You will play a crucial role in supporting both technology and HR processes to enhance efficiency within the company. Key responsibilities include managing internal IT needs and monitoring processes that work in coordination with the HR department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of electronic devices and IT infrastructure. Provide support in resolving basic IT issues, both hardware and software-related.

· Track, maintain, and update records of company assets, including computers, software, and other equipment. Ensure that all items are accounted for and properly functioning.

· Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to IT systems and HR processes.

· Work closely with both IT and HR teams to ensure smooth integration and communication between departments. Assist in coordinating projects that require collaboration across different functions.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by both the IT and HR departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Preferably a degree in a relevant field or a current undergraduate student

· Availability to be in the Istanbul, Maslak office at least 3 days a week

· Proficiency in Excel and basic computer software

· Preferably fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

· Experience in setting up and maintaining electronic devices

· Ability to resolve IT-related issues in a solution-oriented manner

· Ability to support HR processes

· Ability to track and manage company assets

· Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

· Disciplined and organized work habits
