Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placing candidates as per client requirements across various industries.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and build strong relationships to fulfil their talent needs effectively.
- Business Development: Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base, exploring new markets, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment workflows, team productivity, and client satisfaction through best practices and performance tracking.
