CryoConcepts LP develops, manufactures, and sells cryosurgical and cryotherapeutic products used by medical, aesthetic, and veterinary professionals worldwide (www.cryoconcepts.com). We are seeking a skilled, hands-on IT Infrastructure and Applications Manager to lead the administration, support, and improvement of the company’s technology environment.

The company is seeking an energetic, technically strong, IT professional to manage the company’s enterprise software and applications including on-premises and cloud-based network assets and information systems. The person must possess a technical understanding of a broad range of software, including Microsoft SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio and PowerBI. The individual must also possess a technical understanding of network infrastructure and domain management. This role is responsible for overseeing core business applications, network infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, and user support across the organization. The position supports all departments, including manufacturing, finance, operations, sales, and customer service, and plays a key role in keeping systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure and Applications Manager will oversee the company’s business systems, servers, network environment, cloud resources, security platforms, and end-user technology. This position combines daily operational support with longer-term planning, vendor coordination, system improvements, and project execution.

The role includes ownership of technologies such as QuickBooks Enterprise, MISys Manufacturing, SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, RingCentral, VMware, AWS EC2, Synology NAS, Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, ThreatDown antivirus, SPAMTitan, VPN services, and security camera systems.

The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting users, managing infrastructure, improving workflows, coordinating with vendors, and implementing practical technology solutions that support business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, business systems, and cloud services across on-premises and hosted environments.
• Administer Meraki firewalls, switches, access points, VPNs, and related network infrastructure.
• Maintain VMware virtual environments, AWS EC2 instances, Synology NAS devices, and Windows/Linux servers.
• Support and administer core business applications including QuickBooks Enterprise, MISys Manufacturing, SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Zoho CRM, and RingCentral.
• Oversee cybersecurity tools and services such as ThreatDown antivirus, SPAMTitan, email security, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Manage software licensing, subscription renewals, vendor contracts, and support agreements.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and user applications in both Windows and Mac environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, and remote access technologies. Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI and SQL data sources to support business operations and decision-making by database administration of the following:

o SQL - financial and production databases

o QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing and Wholesale,

o MISys Enterprise Manufacturing System,

o Sales Organization Reporting,

o Sales and Budget Forecasting Databases, etc.

o Enterprise reporting using MS Power BI tools

• Working knowledge of:

o SQL database including table/view design, SQL Query language, and stored procedures.

o SSIS packages (developed with Visual Studio) and deployed with SQL Server Agent

o Data import/export processes for various sources (SQL, FTP, MS Access, Excel)

o Integration with MS Office (Power BI/Excel). Crystal Reports a plus

• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, storage, and system monitoring solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Support physical security systems including camera systems and related infrastructure.
• Partner with department leaders to identify technology needs, improve workflows, and implement scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing network infrastructure and IT applications and systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required; FDA regulated, medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong background in firewalls, switching, wireless networking, VPNs, and general network security.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, VMware, AWS, backup systems, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, reporting platforms, and business operations systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and project coordination skills.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000.00 per year
