IT Infrastructure Engineer / System Administrator

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support core IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network devices, firewalls, backups, and escalated technical issues.

The role requires hands-on experience in maintaining Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft 365, networking, firewall/VPN, backup operations, and end-user infrastructure support. The candidate will also coordinate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, GPO, and user access.
• Support VMware virtualization, VM provisioning, and basic storage/backup operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and email security tools.
• Support network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Handle Level 2/Level 3 troubleshooting for escalated infrastructure and user issues.
• Support MDM, Avaya PABX, and other IT infrastructure systems as required.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, VMware, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, firewall/VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, backup operations, and L2/L3 support.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in this field.

Experience:

• IT Administration: 7 years (Preferred)
