Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a professional with expertise in enterprise IT operations, network architecture, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, enhancing security, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee data centers, networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, system performance, and service availability.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and network architecture.
• Proven track record of managing secure and scalable infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
