Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage our UAE market.
This role involves handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling and outbound campaigns for IT hardware and networking solutions.
  • Present product information, quotations, and proposals to clients in the UAE.
  • Maintain and update client data and sales records accurately.
  • Coordinate with the head office team in the UAE for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure deal closure and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales .
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through phone and email.
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work in UAE time zone (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST preferred).
