POSITION TITLE:

IT Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:

Deep Mile has an opening for an IT Intern to join our team.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Translate business and client needs into detailed technical documentation for developers
  • Test technical solutions for functionality and identify bugs. Document issues and propose solutions
  • Account/license management across several internal and external platforms
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets
  • Manage the shipment of assets to and from users, documenting shipment history
  • Image and configure Windows 10/11 computers based on user needs
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, both in person and through screen sharing software

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of meticulously documenting requirements, user workflows, and identifying data inconsistencies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Highly motivated and organized, able to work effectively on individual assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneDrive)
  • Exceptional Document Creation Skills
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and cloud-based technologies
  • Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs
  • Enrolled in or graduated with a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (Information Technology degree preferred)

US Citizenship Required.
Candidate will need to obtain a DoD Public Trust Clearance. Full-time (W2) position with benefits
