Position Summary
Dialight is seeking an IT Intern for an immersive development program designed for graduate-level students or recent graduates. This role offers hands-on experience supporting IT and cybersecurity initiatives within a global enterprise environment. High-performing interns will be evaluated for full-time employment upon program completion.
Key Responsibilities

IT Project management support (Meeting co-ordination, project documentation, project time-line tracking and stakeholder communication)

Contribute to cybersecurity, including:

Phishing simulations
-
Policy, standard and SOP development
-
Vendor co-ordination and communication
-
Support system upgrades, integrations, and technology modernization projects

Analyze business, IT and manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams

Collaborate with global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, or a related field

Strong understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT concepts

Demonstrated interest in manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, and cybersecurity

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose practical solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience or academic exposure to Infor ERP, AS400/iSeries, or other manufacturing ERP systems

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, or tools (e.g., IAM, vulnerability management, SIEM concepts)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, or ticketing systems

Understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, supply chain)

Internship, co-op, research, or project experience in IT, manufacturing systems, or cybersecurity
