Our IT Interns are responsible for:

Technical Support:

• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Setting up and configuring workstations and other IT equipment.
• Documenting support requests and resolutions.

Software Maintenance:

• Assisting with software updates and patch management.
• Helping in testing and troubleshooting software applications.

Project Participation:

• Providing support for various IT projects.
• Conducting research on new technologies and tools.

Documentation and Training:

• Helping create user manuals and documentation.
• Providing basic training to staff on new technologies and software.

If you are someone with:

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma, or attending high school, or equivalent preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Other Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Parent/School Authorization required for employment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The pay range for this position will vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and other objective factors. Hiring at the maximum is not typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
