Security Monitoring & Incident Response - Assist with monitoring Microsoft Defender for Office 365 alerts, investigating phishing reports, and supporting remediation efforts such as account containment, MFA review, and Conditional Access policy enforcement.

Vulnerability Remediation & Patch Management - Help identify and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities using NinjaOne RMM, including deploying patches, running remediation scripts, and validating software version compliance across the fleet.

Documentation & Process Support - Document IT procedures and assist with auditing configurations across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SonicWall to support a consistent and secure environment.
