IT Intern / IT Support Officer

We’re Hiring – IT Intern!

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-driven IT Intern to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, eager to expand their skills, and ready to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting

* Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of systems and applications

* Support in maintaining the company’s network and IT infrastructure

* Help set up new user accounts, devices, and access permissions

* Maintain proper documentation and track IT assets and inventory

* Learn and assist in cybersecurity practices and data backup procedures

* Collaborate with senior IT professionals on live projects and tasks

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

* Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals

* Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment

* Good communication skills with a collaborative team spirit

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
