Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in IT support, software, networking, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the IT department and assist in daily technical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Provide basic technical support to staff (troubleshooting laptops, printers, networks).
• Help with system updates, backups, and documentation.
• Support the development team in basic tasks (if applicable).
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the team on ongoing IT projects.

Requirements:

• Education: BS in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering (ongoing or completed).
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common software tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic programming
• Understanding of LAN/WAN
• Experience with troubleshooting
• Familiarity with databases
