GLANIS HOSPITAL is a 100 Bed, Rural, Teaching Hospital located in A. Thottiapatti in Madurai district (near Thirumangalam, Madurai). The hospital's mission is to provide low-cost, affordable healthcare to the rural population and high-quality medical education & training to healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our Information Technology operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, the ability to support and enhance our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and servers.

Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

Lead IT projects, upgrades, and technology integrations

Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related concerns promptly.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance

Maintain IT documentation, asset management, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management or similar role.

Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
