IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internet & Network Management:

Ensure consistent internet connectivity and network security; address and resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime.

2. Security System Oversight:

Monitor and manage CCTV and access control systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

3. IT Asset Management:

Maintain accurate records of IT hardware (PCs, laptops, video conferencing systems); manage setup, installation, and configuration for optimal performance.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide timely technical support to users; resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

5. System Installation & Upgrades:

Handle the installation and configuration of new systems, upgrades, and patches aligned with business requirements.

6. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, requirement analysis, and solution evaluation to ensure cost-effectiveness.

7. Email & Account Administration:

Administer Gmail and Microsoft accounts, including user setup, access control, and ongoing maintenance for security compliance.

8. Technology Advancement Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to recommend improvements and ensure robust system performance.

9. Data Reconciliation:

Perform daily reconciliation of data across Shopify, EasyEcom, and Odoo platforms to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

10. Master Data Management:

Create and maintain master data in EasyEcom, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational needs.

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi (Onsite)

Timing: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
