IT Manager

Position Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible to Manage Windows Server including Active Directory Domain Controller and Database and File Server. Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware software and network issues. The role involves configuration, Repair and maintenance of printer’s toners, network switches Wi-Fi Routers, photocopy machines, biometric attendance machine, CCTV Cameras installation configuration and management.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Hardware Maintenance and Support.

· Windows Server Managing including Active Directory domain controller and File Server.

· Diagnose and Resolve Hardware and Software issues on all students and staff PCs.

· Routine inspections off all IT Equipment’s.

· Learning Management System knowledge.

· Wi-Fi Routers configuration.

· Printers and Photocopier maintenance and support.

· Printer toner refilling.

· Multimedia projectors and sound system operating.

2. Software Installation and Trouble Shooting.

· Install and Upgrade Windows Operating Systems, Software applications and Antivrus.

· Diagnose and resolve all software base issues at all PCs.

· Microsoft Office Expertise is a must including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

3. Network and Internet Support.

· Support and configuration of Wired and Wireless networks

· Network Cabling Standard and cable patching.

· Troubleshooting internet and network connectivity issues and coordinate with service providers when needed.

· Provide timely Technical support to all users.

· Maintain and keep log of all issues.

4. Data Management and system Security.

· Ensure Data Security and time updates of Antivirus software updates.

· Data backups as per policy.

· Follow IT Security protocols with coordination with management.

5. Inventory and Document Record.

· Maintain all IT equipment records and keep up to date record of inventory.

· Keep records of all repaired IT Equipment’s.

6. Coordination & Support

· Coordinate with vendors for repair, procurement and maintenance services.

· Assist in setting up IT equipment for events, trainings and meetings.

· Support of Multimedia in all class rooms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
