IT Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT In-Charge to oversee our company’s entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage hardware, software, networks, security systems, and provide technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems including computers, servers, networks, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data, backup, and recovery processes.
• Maintain and administer firewalls, antivirus, VPNs, and other cybersecurity measures.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees.
• Manage IT inventory and ensure proper maintenance of hardware and software licenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service, and technical issues.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, best practices, and security protocols.
• Maintain documentation of IT operations, configurations, and procedures.
• Support company digital transformation and technology projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT In-Charge, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
