Job Summary:
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and technology strategy. This role ensures smooth functioning of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and IT support across all office locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in managing IT teams and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:1. IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, printers, routers).
- Oversee network administration including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime of systems and servers.
- Monitor IT assets and maintain documentation.
2. System Administration
- Manage company-wide software, licenses, and renewals.
- Oversee cloud-based platforms, email systems, data backups, and storage solutions.
- Maintain and optimize ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement strong IT security protocols, antivirus, firewall policies, and access controls.
- Protect company data through regular backups, encryption, and disaster recovery planning.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data compliance.
4. IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Lead the IT support team to resolve technical issues for all employees.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of hardware/software problems.
- Maintain SLAs for support services.
5. Project Management
- Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, new software implementations, and technology enhancements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
6. Vendor & Budget Management
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment, AMC, networking, and maintenance.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and system administration.
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, ERP/CRM platforms, and HRMS systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and IT compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
