IT Manager

Job Summary

As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IT systems across all company locations (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain) to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage infrastructure, implement solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide day-to-day IT support for users at all branches (on-site and remote).
• Diagnose, troubleshooting, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Support staff with printers, POS systems, mobile devices, and desktop/laptop problems.

Server & Infrastructure Management

• Support server setup, configuration, maintenance, and backups (virtualized environments).
• Assist in administration of Active Directory, Exchange/Email systems, file servers, and cloud services.
• Install and maintain IT infrastructure equipment.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT security policies, antivirus, firewalls, and access control.
• Conduct regular system updates, patching, and vulnerability monitoring.
• Assist in data protection, backups, disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

• 2–5 years’ experience in IT support or engineering roles (ideally across multi-site environments).

Technical Skills

• SQL Program
