Job Title: IT Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and support all IT systems across our Food & Beverage operations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth functioning of POS systems, networks, back-office systems, and IT support across outlets while maintaining data security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure for head office and all F&B outlets
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of POS systems, ordering platforms, and payment systems
• Oversee networks, servers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and hardware across outlets
• Provide technical support to restaurant and operations teams
• Coordinate with POS vendors, delivery platform partners, and IT service providers
• Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery plans
• Monitor IT assets, licenses, and vendor contracts
• Support new outlet openings, system installations, and upgrades
• Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs for F&B operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior IT role (preferably in F&B or retail)
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, and system administration
• Experience supporting multi-branch operations based on the requirements
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
