- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 8 years of IT management experience in multi-site environments.

Certifications in Cisco, CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft 365/Windows Server/Azure preferred.

Proficient with network management tools such as N-able SolarWinds.

Experience with remote access tools such as RDP, Citrix, and RemoteApp.

Expertise in managing network hardware, servers, and end-user systems.

Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, ERP systems, and IT standardization practices.

Experience with administering Power BI, SSRS, and SQL databases to support organizational data needs.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing IT teams.

Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Excellent vendor management skills, including negotiation and contract oversight.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of security systems and CCTV systems is a plus.
