Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
  • Lead, supervise, and support programmers, developers, and IT support staff.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and servers.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all company software and hardware systems.
  • Coordinate software development projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work closely with management to identify technology needs and implement effective IT solutions.
  • Manage system upgrades, backups, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues when required.
  • Ensure all branches and departments receive proper IT support and technical assistance.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Prepare IT reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Support future company expansion and new branch setup from an IT and systems perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, databases, and system administration.
  • Experience managing programmers and software development projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business management software is an advantage.
