Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager – Infrastructure & Information Security to lead and oversee the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise IT systems while managing a team of IT professionals. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a proactive approach to information security and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and Windows Server environments.
- Manage virtualization and storage platforms, including VMware ESXi and vSAN environments.
- Maintain and secure network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
- Design, deploy, and manage secure VPN architectures, including site-to-site and remote-access solutions.
- Monitor system health, network performance, and infrastructure capacity to support business growth.
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience.
Information Security & Compliance
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of information security controls and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 policies, procedures, and control requirements.
- Oversee SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security monitoring activities.
- Investigate security incidents, coordinate remediation efforts, and ensure timely resolution of identified risks.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and support internal and external security audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, access control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of IT support, infrastructure, and security professionals.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily operational tasks, projects, and support activities.
- Establish and maintain service standards to ensure timely incident response and issue resolution.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and professional development activities for team members.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
IT Service Management
- Oversee helpdesk and end-user support operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage IT assets, software licensing, procurement activities, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.
- Assist in IT budgeting, technology planning, and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Information Security, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management capacity.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proven experience managing VMware ESXi and vSAN environments.
- Strong practical experience with firewall administration, network security, and VPN deployment.
- Experience implementing and managing information security controls and security monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience working within ISO 27001-aligned or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Wazuh, or QRadar.
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and IT automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
