IT Manager Applicant must be in Qatar

Position: IT Manager

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: General Manager / Executive Management

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Ensure data security, backup procedures, and protect systems from cybersecurity threats.

Plan, implement, and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.

Lead and supervise the IT team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth daily operations for all departments.

Manage servers, cloud services, ERP systems, and user access permissions.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and ensure timely maintenance and support.

Develop IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to support company growth.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT management.

Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
