Summary of Position
Serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Responsible for producing high-quality project artifacts, including Project Definition Documents, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Test Plans, and Test Scripts. Partners closely with Department Managers to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables throughout the Project Life Cycle. Collaborates with Project Managers and business leaders to define, visualize, and execute project plans that achieve objectives within established scope, cost, schedule, and performance constraints.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with demonstrated project knowledge.
Proven success managing and delivering medium to large, complex projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and related frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide sample project artifacts upon request.
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels and external consultants.
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
SQL experience is a strong plus.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: 2 Years Manufacturing Experience
