The IT Manager - Infrastructure Team position pays between $90,000 and $120,000 annually, based on education and experience. Responsibilities of the IT Manager - Infrastructure Team include leading a small but critical Infrastructure team responsible for enterprise systems, networking, and cybersecurity operations. This position ensures team members are effectively assigned, supported, and progressing on key initiatives. The IT Manager - Infrastructure Team partners closely with the IT Support team to address escalated helpdesk issues and cross functional projects while also developing performance metrics that drive continuous improvement. This position requires strong self-direction, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with limited supervision while maintaining effective collaboration across departments.
IT Manager - Infrastructure Team will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and implement technical solutions, coaching and mentoring direct reports through goal setting and performance development, and leading major IT projects from planning through execution, testing, implementation, and documentation. This position is also responsible for maintaining data security, network access controls, and system backups, as well as recommending and maintaining IT policies and procedures. In addition, the IT Manager leads efforts to improve cybersecurity readiness, disaster recovery testing, and overall infrastructure reliability while promoting strong customer service standards across the IT function.
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and at least seven years of experience in an enterprise IT environment. Experience managing direct reports is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated success leading infrastructure, networking, and cyber security functions
