IT Manager – QSR Industry

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting IT operations for QSR / fast-food restaurant chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems across multiple QSR outlets
• Oversee cloud-based systems and ensure availability, security, and performance
• Handle POS systems, kitchen display systems (KDS), and store-level hardware
• Manage web-based systems and internal web applications
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Support new store openings, upgrades, and daily IT operations
• Ensure data security, backups, and system compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in the QSR / fast-food industry only
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar)
• Experience in web development or managing web platforms
• Hands-on experience with POS systems used in QSR operations
• Experience managing IT for multiple restaurant locations
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
