Job Description
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and hardware .
- Manage system backups, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection measures .
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues .
- Ensure smooth functioning of internal communication systems, servers, and applications .
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers for system upgrades and maintenance .
- Implement and maintain company-wide IT policies and security compliance .
- Support digital initiatives, including website maintenance, server management, and software deployment .
- Maintain IT inventory, licensing records, and documentation of all system activities .
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements for efficiency .
- Technical & Professional Skills: Expertise in Windows/Linux servers, network configuration, and troubleshooting .
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, routers, and cloud systems .
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and data management .
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and IT ticketing tools .
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
