Job Duties – IT & Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support business growth and brand visibility
- Oversee and manage the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and digital tools to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage website, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, email marketing, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to align IT solutions with marketing and business objectives
- Monitor system performance, data security, and implement necessary upgrades or improvements
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage vendors, agencies, and external service providers for IT and marketing requirements
- Lead troubleshooting, technical support, and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels
- Manage budgets related to IT operations and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends
