We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, management, and troubleshooting of our company's networking system, security cameras, telephone exchange, and ERP software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of security cameras and the telephone exchange.
• Administer and support the ERP software, including user training and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT network administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with security camera systems and telephone exchange management.
• ERP software experience (preferably in a similar industry).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+, etc.).
• Experience with network virtualization and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
