Position: IT / Network Officer

Location: Karachi (Onsite)

Experience: Min 2 years of relevant experience

Qualification: BS IT / BS CS / BS/BE/Telecom / Computer EngineerSkills: Good Knowledge of Lan, Wan, Routers and Switches, Servers, VOIP, NVR, IP PhonesJob

Description:

Install / configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

To help set up systems or resolve issues

Basic troubleshooting of system and network problems

Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

Support the roll-out of new applications

Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues

Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

Work continuously on a task until completion

Priorities and manage many open cases at one time

Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and clients

Test and evaluate new technologies

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures

First line support for all desktop and laptop users

Installation and configuration of IP phones, cameras and biometric devices
