We are a small, dynamic IT department supporting a manufacturing organization that values staying current with technology. We're seeking a versatile IT professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure hybrid environments integrated with Windows domains. This role offers broad exposure across multiple technologies in a hands-on environment, where you'll contribute to streamlining operations, enhancing security, and maintaining compliance in our manufacturing setting. While the primary focus is on Azure and hybrid infrastructure, additional skills in .NET development, Android, and SQL are highly valued.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring the stable operations of the organization’s computer network by determining network and system needs, maintaining IT operations & applications, and implementing necessary security measures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage and optimize the Azure hybrid environment, including Azure AD Connect (Entra ID Connect), Intune for device management, conditional access, and identity synchronization.
  • Administer Windows Server in hybrid setups, handling Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), authentication, and seamless integration with Azure services.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure components such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Security Center (Microsoft Defender for Cloud), and Log Analytics/Workspaces.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and scripts using .NET Framework to support business needs.
  • Provide limited support and development in Android Studio for mobile-related initiatives.
  • Manage SQL Server databases, including querying, maintenance, backups, and integration with Azure services.
  • Participate in ongoing technology upgrades, process automation, and compliance efforts (e.g., cybersecurity, CMMC compliance).
  • Collaborate closely with the small team on diverse projects, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Previous experience is preferred but consideration will be given to all applicants with superior work ethics and a positive attitude.
