IT/ Networking Executive (Junior)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Networking Executive to manage and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, and support IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network-related issues
• Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
• Manage VPNs, IP configurations, and network access controls
• Collaborate with IT team to support servers, cloud systems, and backup solutions
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and updates
• Provide technical support to staff and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Matric/Inter in Computer Science (Preffered)
• Proven experience in network administration or IT support
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
• Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
