IT & Non IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers using Google Sheets
• Assist with basic payroll coordination

Requirements:

• MBA (HR) preferred
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Good communication skills
• Experience in recruitment consultancy is an added advantage

Work Location: Chinnavedapatti / Ganapathy, Coimbatore

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
